   ERIC and Professional Development Collection
Both databases are available through EBSCO in Digital Knowledge Central. A wide variety of articles from numerous professional journals can be accessed anytime, anywhere. You may also want to take advantage of the journal alerts.

   TCEA (Texas Computer Education Association)
The largest state organization devoted to the improvement of teaching and learning through the use of technology. Includes publications such as TechEdge and TechNews, listservs, scholarships, and an annual statewide conference. Requires mebership.

   Technology Applications Teacher Network
A collaborative project between the twenty Texas Education Service Centers and the Texas Education Agency designed to provide Texas teachers with resources to implement the Technology Applications Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills in the K-12 classroom.

   SBEC (State Board for Educator Certification)
Find out about the SBEC technology standards for all begining educators. Current educators should strive to meet the SBEC standards in Technology Applications for all beginning educators.
