These programs and services support the No Child Left Behind Education Law, the Texas Long Range Plan for Technology 1996-2010, and are aligned with the Technology Applications TEKS. for LEAs in the Long Range Plan for Technology, as well as
to meet requirements for NCLB Title II, Part D and E-Rate funding. For
