Based on the needs and resources available at each campus, ESC-20 educational specialists design a professional development program that targets the content area TEKS and the Technology Applications TEKS. Typically, this institute covers curriculum content in specific grade(s) and content area(s) and enhances it with the infusion of technology. Inquiry and problem-based learning are approaches used to enhance analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
