Education Service Center, Region 20 (ESC- 20) began providing NovaNET in November 1999. ESC-20 provides a NovaNET server eliminating the need for each district to provide a server.

NovaNET is a comprehensive computer-based education and communications network that offers thousands of hours of self-paced, interactive curriculum for secondary education and adult learners. It has been used for credit recovery, SAT Test study material and Reading to name a few of the many uses.

The annual cost per connection is determined by the number of connections committed to by all participating districts. Costs decrease as more connections are established throughout ESC-20. Deep discounts apply for netVision20 members.
