Have the option of getting technical support remotely through visibility of anything on your desktop.  Access is secure and by your invitation only.  Firewalls are not an issue.  Cost savings can be tremendous.

Remote assistance via the Internet for servers, PCs, applications, operating systems, networking devices, videoconference equipment, satellite equipment and web problems.
Assistance in resuming operations in emergency situations.
Assistance in setup, configuration and troubleshooting of equipment.
Phone support with access to an after hours pager.
Access to an e-mail address where questions can be submitted.


	Prices vary based on the number of calls and the response time desired.

There is no charge for calls where a resolution is not reached.   Leverage your costs in a time when the cost for technical assistance continues to climb.  Use this as an option when onsite support is not necessary.
