Edwin Smith - Coordinator
II, LAN WAN Engineering
Provides strategic planning, coordinates efforts with school
districts and other departments, and leads district disaster recovery
projects. Also
manages the centerwide Voice over IP operations. Ed is Cisco Certified
Network Associate (CCNA), Dell Certified System Engineer (DCSE) and
Polycom Certified Video Engineer (CVE).

Chuntida Harinnitisuk -
Systems Administrator, Internet and Data Services
Chuntida provides support for server-related problems and Internet services including:
DNS, SMTP, POP, WWW, and FTP. She is responsible for maintaining netVision 20
systems in heterogeneous networking environment of Microsoft Windows and Linux
and provides on-site consultation and support of district networks. Chuntida
has MBA in Information System, GCWN, MCSE and MCP+I certifications.

Wesley Stevens - Coordinator
II, Network Engineer and Technical Training
Wes is responsible for the routers, switches and firewalls that
keep the Centerwide and Regional network running. He also
leads district network projects providing on-site consultation and
support. Wes coordinates
technical training
efforts. Wes has his Cisco Certified Systems Instructor (CCSI),
Cisco Certified Academy Instructor (CCAI), Cisco Certified Networking
Professional (CCNP) and Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert
(CCIE) Written certification.

Lee Ramirez - Coordinator
I, Video Services and Technical Training
Lee performs site surveys and assists
with design, configuration, and troubleshooting for districts as well
as purchasing support days. He provides
installation, support, maintenance, integration and training for satellite
programming and the Cisco Networking Academy Program (CNAP). He
designs courses and coordinates with school districts to design custom
training. Lee is a Polycom
Certified Video Engineer (CVE) and working towards his Cisco Certified
Network Associate (CCNA).

Ronnie Dennis - Educational
Telecommunications Specialist
Ron provides scheduling support
for netVision20 videoconferencing including Texas Educational Telecommunications
Network (TETN). He
continually monitors and troubleshoots videoconference sessions to
ensure optimal quality is received in both audio and video at remote
locations. As a team, he and Lee Ramirez provide videoconferencing
training and
technical
support to netVision20 clients. Ron is a
Polycom Certified Video Engineer (CVE).

Jacob (Jake) Jordan -
Technical Support Specialist
Jake is vital to end-user support for technical problems relating to hardware
and software, networking and telecommunication systems. He serves as the backup
to the VUE testing center and is responsible for desktop connectivity to the
mainframe
for
Center

well
as
district
clients.
Jake is a DELL computer certified systems expert (DCSE).
